Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to provide field and remote clinical support for the CRM portfolio across Central England, with emphasis on East Anglia. The role requires extensive travel (about four days per week) and field-based work to educate clinicians, assist with implants, and optimize device programming.

Qualifications

• Qualified clinical physiology professional or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a clinical hospital/industry role, CRM preferred.
• Ability to explain complex technical/clinical details clearly.
• Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic market.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-motivated with influence and leadership qualities.
• Willing to travel extensively as workload demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary CRM clinical support for case coverage and troubleshooting.
• Educate customers on CRM product usage and device programming.
• Support CRM procedures in cardiac cath labs and follow-up clinics.
• Deliver ongoing CRM education to clinicians and cardiac physiologists.
• Share clinical insights with account teams on usage and opportunities.
• Build relationships with hospital clinical stakeholders and decision makers.
• Respond promptly to product/service issues and coordinate with support teams.
• Deliver clinical support across Central England with occasional national coverage.
