Field Compliance Supervisor
Telent is looking for 3 Field Compliance Supervisors to join the Network Services Infrastructure team. This role involves working on the OSA (Openreach Services Agreement) framework contract, primarily in London and the Inner M25 region. Candidates must hold a full UK driving license and be able to travel within this area. Attendance at Telent offices may be required occasionally.
The supervisor will oversee the delivery of OSA framework commitments, ensuring resource confirmation, issue resolution, and program completion in line with KPIs and SLAs. Responsibilities include supporting subcontractors, ensuring safety and compliance standards, conducting audits, and managing site setups.
Key duties include supporting contractual requirements, developing compliance policies, managing safety practices, building relationships with suppliers and authorities, resolving access issues, attending site meetings, and training operatives.
Ideal candidates will have experience supervising civils, pole, or cable gangs in telecoms, with certifications like NRSWA Supervisor Level and SA001A. Knowledge of environmental legislation, survey experience, and safety certifications (IOSH, SA001/SA002) are desirable. A full UK driving license and willingness to work overtime are required.
