Field Compliance Supervisor
Telent is looking for three Field Compliance Supervisors to join the Network Services Infrastructure team. This role involves working on the OSA (Openreach Services Agreement) framework contract, primarily in London within the Inner M25 region. Candidates must hold a full UK driving license and be based in or able to travel within this region. The supervisor may need to attend meetings at a Telent office as necessary.
The supervisor will oversee the delivery of OSA framework commitments, ensuring they are met by Telent and its subcontractors. This includes resource confirmations, addressing real-time issues, and managing potential risks. You will monitor all programmed on-site works to ensure KPI and SLA compliance.
You will support and oversee gangs employed by Telent and its suppliers, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are maintained, and conduct audits as per the Infrastructure Services business requirements.
You will act as a Telent ambassador in the field, facilitating contract delivery by resolving access and fluidity issues.

Candidate profile:
Experienced supervisor in civils, poling, or cable gangs in telecoms or construction. Confident in managing field operations, with strong problem-solving skills. Certifications like NRSWA Supervisor Level and SA001A are required. A full UK driving license and understanding of environmental legislation are essential. IOSH Managing Safely certification is required within three months of appointment.
