Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a Compliance & Facilities Agent to cover Liverpool region. You will inspect blocks, manage safety checks and coordinate with the Housing Management Team to maintain 100% compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Role requires a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within Merseyside patch; company car provided. 35 hours per week with progression opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Self-motivated with good attention to detail.
• Ideal candidate will have lone-working experience.
• Good ICT skills to use mobile devices and systems.
• Collaborative team player with flexible approach to work.
• Professional and able to interact positively with customers.
• Ability to adapt working day to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out block inspections (fire alarm testing, emergency lighting testing) and act on Fire Risk Assessments.
• Conduct site visits for gas compliance and address findings.
• Contribute to improvements with annual Compliance & Facilities Budget.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Health & Safety across communal areas, reporting hazards and arranging repairs.
• Take ownership of customer queries and inspections, escalating as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the Housing Management System to ensure monthly compliance.
