Job summary

Convatec seeks a Clinical Development Specialist to contribute to sales performance through clinical influence, new customer starts and mobilisation of stakeholders across Continence Care and Amcare. This field-based role includes a company car and ~60% customer facing activity.

You'll disseminate Convatec’s clinical and value-based positioning, support new account implementations, identify evidence gaps and develop projects that improve patient outcomes while delivering business results.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse or Pharmacist with current professional registration.
• Experience in continence care or related clinical teams.
• Experience delivering clinical education and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support to patients and healthcare professionals across Continence Care and Amcare services.
• Deliver patient reviews and support NHS clinics in acute and community settings, ensuring appropriate product choice and positive patient experience.
• Lead clinical induction, coaching and ongoing development for Continence Care and Amcare colleagues.
• Conduct clinical audits, patient reviews and service evaluations to identify opportunities for improved care.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory and Amcare teams to support business objectives and communicate Convatec’s clinical value proposition.
