Job Profile

• The role of Field Claims Adjuster is a home-based position involving travel to visit customers who have suffered losses and to progress those claims toward an amicable settlement.
• Providing exceptional service is central to this role. The successful candidate will handle a variety of claims through the client's Direct and Broker channels, covering both High Net Worth and Commercial customers for buildings and contents losses.
• This role will primarily cover the Northern Home Counties, with flexibility required for travel due to team size.
• An administrative (desk-based) day per week is expected.
• The team of around 6-8 Field Claims Adjusters supports the Property Claims function by inspecting damages, assessing policy coverage, and settling claims in lieu of external Loss Adjusters.
• The primary goal is to maximize new claim instructions to expedite claim settlements.
• Candidates must demonstrate previous loss adjusting experience, ideally with HNW losses.
