Job summary

Agincare Group in New Milton is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to support clients and care teams out in the community. You will supervise staff, conduct care assessments, and ensure high-quality care across visits in New Milton and surrounding areas.

The role requires 40 hours per week with on-call duties; a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. Applicants should have supervisory experience in social care and be available to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level.
• Well-organised, self-motivated approach.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews.
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients.
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision.
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas.
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld.

Skills

Supervisory experience in social care
