Job summary

Agincare is seeking a part-time field care supervisor to oversee clients and care staff within the community. You will conduct care assessments, monitor client wellbeing and safety, and provide supervision to staff to ensure high standards of care.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, with 24 hours per week spread across Monday, Thursday and Friday, plus an on-call rota including some weekend cover.

Qualifications

• Supervisory-level experience in social care.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle.
• At least 12 months' right to work remaining in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews.
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients.
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision.
• Foster a culture where staff feel able to raise concerns and share ideas.
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld.
• Visit clients in the community and check in with the care team.
• Take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working.
• Work Monday, Thursday and Friday.
