Job summary

HadiCare, based in Leeds, seeks a Field Care Supervisor to blend office and field work, ensuring high-quality, compliant care. You will conduct client assessments, create care plans, and supervise staff while coordinating with the Registered Service Manager.

A fuel allowance per mile supports field duties. Applicants must have prior Field Care Supervisor experience, a driving licence, and be able to cover on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Field Care Supervisor experience.
• Be able to drive and have access to a car.
• Able to cover on-call duties as per rota.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Create assessments and risk assessments.
• Review/update care plans as needs change.
• Manage on-site observations, appraisals and supervisions.
• Sign-off Home Care Assistants for Moving & Handling and Medication.
• Coordinate shifts with care-coordinators and the Registered Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and create care plans.
• Perform staff supervisions and spot checks.
• Handle on-call duties and rota coverage.
• Work with the Registered Service Manager on-site.
• Train and induct new staff and issue training certificates.
• Maintain staff folders and documents as needed.

As a Field Care Supervisor you will be office and community based, ensuring high-quality and compliant care.

Conducting client assessments, creating care plans, performing supervisions and spot checks on staff, on-call duties, all while working closely with the Registered Service Manager.

We're ideally looking for someone with previous Field Care Supervisor experience which will provide a head start in your new position.

For this Field Care Supervisor role you must:

• Have previous Field Care Supervisor experience.
• Have a driving licence and access to a car.
• Be able to cover on-call duties following a rota system.
• Have the Right to Work in the UK.
• Create assessments and risk assessments.
• Review/update care plans to suite changing needs.
• Manage on-site observations, appraisals, and supervisions.
• Sign-off Home Care Assistants for Moving & Handling, Medication.
• Work closely with care-coordinators to plan shifts.
• Work closely with the Registered Service Manager.
• Take phone calls while in the office.
• Training new care staff during induction.
• Marking 'Test Your Knowledge' documents.
• Creating training certificates.
• Managing staff folders and documents where needed.

This role requires office based work as well as out in the field. For this reason we have a fuel allowance per mile.

You would work alongside staff in the early stages that would support you in your new role, allowing you to settle in and get to know both the staff team and our clients.
