Field Care Supervisor

Full time

Salary: £26,250

Bluebird Care, a domiciliary company rated outstanding by the CQC, is recruiting Field Care Supervisors due to increasing success. If you are naturally compassionate, caring, and patient, then this role could be for you. We offer 40 hours a week with every other weekend off.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Writing person-centred care plans
2. Carrying out new client assessments
3. Leading on client reviews
4. Medication reviews and audits
5. Delivering care calls when required
6. Participating in an on-call roster to provide and coordinate cover for unplanned absences
7. Completing customer quality monitoring telephone calls and spot checks to monitor care worker performance
8. Reporting concerns or issues immediately to your RM
9. Positively promoting our business in the community
10. Working from the office one day per week as agreed with your RM
11. Attending weekly huddle meetings
