Job summary

Smollan is seeking a Brand Ambassador for Nottingham and surrounding areas. This field-based, permanent, part-time role offers 32 hours per week (Mon-Thu) with a pathway to quarterly bonus and a clear focus on in-store brand presence for Cadbury, Oreo and related Mondelez brands.

You will manage promotions, engage store managers, and visit multiple retailers with full training provided. A driving licence and access to a car are required for this field-based position.

Qualifications

• Confident, friendly communicator who can start conversations.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently on the road.
• Willing to learn; full training will be provided.
• Retail, customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and increase brand presence in stores.
• Ensure products are available and visible on the shop floor.
• Build relationships with store managers to secure best display spots.
• Provide insights by using a tablet to capture displays and store visits.
