Job summary

Get Staff is seeking a Boiler Service Engineer (Field Based) to cover South East England, installing, servicing and maintaining temporary heating and cooling equipment to high safety and performance standards.

The role is permanent and home-based with door-to-door travel; a company vehicle and pension are among the benefits. Essential qualifications include COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A and ICAE1, with OFTEC/F-Gas desirable.

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications: COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A, ICAE1.
• Desirable: 18th Edition, OFTEC qualifications, F-Gas.
• Desirable: previous chiller experience.
• Full UK driving licence; flexibility to travel across SE England.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission temporary heating and cooling systems.
• Service heating and cooling ahead of delivery and diagnose issues.
• Communicate with clients to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed installation, repair and inspection records.
• Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
• Keep tools and equipment in good working order.
• Respond promptly to emergencies.
• Stay updated with industry best practices.
