Job summary

Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd partners with a leading specialist consultancy to recruit a Utility Mapping Surveyor for Oxford and surrounding regions. You will operate EML and GPR systems to PAS 128 standards, capture geospatial data with GNSS and Total Stations, and produce 2D/3D subsurface models and client deliverables in AutoCAD.

The role is field-based with regional travel and occasional night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ verified PAS 128 experience as Utility Mapping Surveyor.
• 3rd party PAS 128 expertise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate EML and GPR systems to detect and map subsurface utilities to PAS 128 specs.
• 0Capture utility marks using GNSS and Total Stations and integrate into site grids.
• 1Process, interpret and draft survey data in AutoCAD to create 2D/3D models and deliverables.
• 2Prepare written reports, permits to dig, and chamber/inspection cards.
• 3Liaise with clients to advise on PAS 128 methodologies and deliverables.
