Job summary

Henderson Group in Northern Ireland is seeking a Resourcing & Training Coordinator to support store-based retail teams with recruitment, onboarding and training across the region.

You will partner with hiring managers to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate interviews, design assessments and ensure fair, compliant practices, while maintaining data in SuccessFactors and guiding managers on best practices.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate with MS Office and Internet.
• Willingness to travel to NI retail sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan for future workforce needs with hiring managers.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Draft and place recruitment advertisements.
• Plan candidate sourcing and advertising strategies.
• Screen applications and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule interviews and selection activities.
• Design assessment methods for retail roles.
• Participate on interview panels.
• Ensure adherence to equal opportunity policies.
• Maintain data in Success Factors Recruiting.
• Facilitate offers and onboarding processes.
• Provide guidance to managers on selection techniques.
• Represent Henderson Group at events.
• Support onboarding to improve retention.
