Job summary

Maximus UK is recruiting Employment Specialists within supported employment. This field-based role will cover your local delivery area and requires a driving licence. Salary - £28,500 - £32,000 dependent on experience.

As an Employment Specialist, you will empower participants to gain employment while delivering the 5 stages of Supported Employment. You will engage with stakeholders, advocate for caseloads, and promote equality to unlock opportunities.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with MS Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
• Numeracy and literacy skills; experience working to Quality Standards and KPIs.
• Creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload through the 5 stages of Supported Employment and advocate for clients.
• Engage with partners and employers to generate opportunities and referrals.
• Deliver job-matching services aligning client skills with employer needs.
• Provide pre-employment and on-the-job support including coaching and workplace adjustments.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation; meet KPI targets.
• Facilitate community engagement to optimise outcomes and access to opportunities.
