Job summary

Peter Cox Property Care Sales Surveyor is a field-based role covering the Southampton and surrounding areas. You’ll visit both new and existing customers to survey properties and propose solutions to preservation issues, with daily travel and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Rentokil Initial offers a competitive package: base salary £26,655 plus £2,000 South East allowance, and an expected OTE of £30,000–£35,000 with bonus and commissions.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in sales is advantageous as you will interact with customers face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Visit new and existing customers to survey their properties and provide preservation solutions.
• Travel daily to cover Southampton and surrounding areas while maintaining high service standards.
• Provide accurate surveying feedback and customer-focused solutions.
