Job summary

HomeServe UK is seeking a Plumbing Engineer in Stoke-on-Trent to service customers' homes, carrying out repairs and maintenance across plumbing systems. You will diagnose leaks and faults, complete 1st and 2nd fix work, and manage jobs with professionalism.

The role is field-based with an average of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Salary ranges £36,720–£40,120 with a £1,500 guaranteed bonus in year one and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Experience in 1st and 2nd fix plumbing in domestic properties.
• Ability to work independently in customers' homes.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Positive, proactive approach to work.
• Comfort with varying job sites and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix plumbing issues including leaks and faults.
• Complete 1st and 2nd fix plumbing in domestic properties.
• Repair and maintain household plumbing systems.
• Manage jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Represent HomeServe professionally in customers' homes.
