Job summary

HomeServe UK is seeking a Plumbing Engineer to service customers in their homes, performing repairs and maintenance across plumbing systems. You will diagnose leaks, undertake 1st and 2nd fix work in domestic properties, and manage jobs with autonomy while delivering excellent customer care.

The role is field-based with a competitive salary (£40,720–£44,120) plus a £3,000 guaranteed bonus in year one, paid overtime, pension, 33 days holiday, tools/PPE, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in 1st and 2nd fix plumbing (domestic) is essential.
• Experience working in domestic properties.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix plumbing issues such as leaks, faults and damaged pipework.
• Complete 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work in domestic properties.
• Repair and maintain household plumbing systems.
• Manage jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Represent HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism.
