Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Multiskilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to service a range of commercial sites in London.

The role blends electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry tasks with a strong focus on proactive maintenance and reliable service. Responsibilities include PPM and reactive work across client sites, fault diagnosis and repairs, safe working practices, and accurate reporting to helpdesk.

Qualifications

• Qualified in a core trade with City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or above.
• Experience in facilities maintenance within commercial environments.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple client sites.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building fabric systems.
• Perform general building maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, and decorating as required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, and in accordance with health & safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergency call outs and provide excellent customer service.
• Complete accurate job reports and communicate effectively with clients and the helpdesk team.
