Job summary

The Dare2Dream Foundation is seeking a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner for term-time work in Abingdon and surrounding areas. You will deliver 1:1 support programmes in homes, schools and community settings to help vulnerable children and young people improve mental health, emotional wellbeing and life opportunities.

The role is field-based and term-time only (41 weeks per year) with regular travel to community sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 support programmes in homes, schools and community settings.
• Assess individual needs and develop tailored support plans.
• Work closely with families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
