Job summary

Arcus FM is seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a defined Aberdeen portfolio. The role requires reliability, a valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel between client sites.

You will diagnose faults, ensure safety compliance, and provide technical support while mentoring apprentices. An 18th Edition qualification is essential, with additional training offered at our National Training Centre.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance.
• Essential: 18th Edition.
• Desirable: F-Gas, Test & Inspection, Unvented.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical and HVAC equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support across multiple sites.
• Liaise with customers to deliver outstanding service.
• Mentor apprentices and junior engineers.
