Job summary

Premium Credit Ltd is seeking a Partner Learning and Development Consultant to drive learning and development across Northern England, Scotland and Ireland, with hybrid work and a London-area office option. You will travel 3–4 times per week to visit partners and deliver training, both in-person and online.

You will design programmes, ensure SME-checked materials, and review existing training for quality, while using data and ROI to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Training background with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong diary and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Insurance knowledge and digital training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive learning and development activity to increase partner performance.
• Design and deliver 1-1 and group training workshops (in-person and online).
• Produce monthly reporting including ROI.
• Manage training roll-outs and track progress.
• Build relationships with partners and act as ambassador.
• Attend partner networking events.
