Job summary

PTSG is seeking a Lead Fall Arrest Installation Engineer to lead on-site installations across Essex, London & South East. You will manage a small team, liaise with site managers and clients, and ensure safety-compliant execution of fall protection systems, including mansafe and safety lines.

The role requires strong leadership, experience at height, and a full UK driving licence. Night/weekend duties may apply, with a company van provided and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience installing fall protection systems.
Experience working at height.
CSCS Card required.
Full UK driving licence required.
Strong leadership and communication skills on site.
Ability to manage installations on construction sites.

Responsibilities

Lead installation works on construction sites.
Supervise Assistant Engineers on site.
Liaise with Site Managers and clients.
Install fall protection systems including mansafe and safety line systems.
Ensure installations comply with method statements and British Standards.
Complete installation reports and site documentation.
Maintain company equipment and vehicles.
