Job summary

Meridian Trust is hiring a field-based HR Adviser to provide professional advice and support to schools across the Trust. The role includes assisting with recruitment, HR transactional work, and ER case guidance, while supporting colleagues in schools with daily HR tasks.

Based primarily in the Cambridge/Ely area, the post involves travel to other Trust schools. It offers opportunity for development within a values-driven, multi-academy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR Administration.
• Driving License and reliable access to a vehicle.
• Strong and demonstrable administration skills.
• Willingness to undergo further training and development.
• Positive and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice and support to Meridian Trust schools.
• Support HR colleagues with training where needed.
• Assist with recruitment where required.
• Support with HR transactional work and advice on straightforward ER cases.
• Support HR colleagues in schools with day-to-day HR tasks.
