Haven is seeking a Holiday Home Sales Advisor to join our field-based team at Weymouth Bay Holiday Park. You will help families secure their dream holiday home with comprehensive product training and ongoing support, while also guiding existing owners through smooth part-exchange processes.

This role is target-driven and rewarding, offering an industry-leading base salary plus commission with on-target earnings of £50k+; strong communication and customer-focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in caravan sales, estate agency or similar.
• Exceptional communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in a target-driven environment with high-value sales.
• Familiarity with financial governance and credit processes is a plus.
• Full UK Driving Licence is beneficial but not essential.
