Job summary

Haven is seeking a Holiday Home Sales Advisor to join our busy sales team at Combe Haven Holiday Park in Hastings. You will help families secure their dream holiday home, backed by focused product training and ongoing support.

You'll build lasting relationships with new and existing owners, guide seamless part-exchange experiences, and thrive in a target-driven, customer-focused environment with a generous base plus commission.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in roles such as caravan sales, car sales, estate agency, or similar.
• Exceptional communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• Track record in a target-driven environment with high-value sales.
• Familiarity with financial governance and credit processes is a plus.
• Full UK driving license is beneficial.
