Job summary

Falcon Power Generation is seeking a full-time Generator Engineer to join the field-based team. You will service, repair, and prepare diesel generators, hybrids, and battery solutions across customer sites and depots, delivering and installing equipment as required.

Working hours are flexible to operational needs, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and overtime paid at 1.5x. A technical electrical or mechanical engineering qualification and a driving licence are essential for this role in the

Qualifications

• A technical electrical or mechanical engineering qualification.
• Experience as a diesel Field Generator Engineer with proven work experience in maintenance / repair of diesel Generators, Hybrids and/or Battery Solutions.
• A strong knowledge of diesel Generators, Hybrids and/or Battery Solutions.
• A strong electrical understanding of Generators, Hybrids and/or Battery Solutions to enable installation and decommission of equipment on sites.
• Full Clean Driving Licence, with the ability to tow trailers.
• Forklift Ticket

Responsibilities

• Support the service and office team across a range of areas.
• Undertake minor and major services on our fleet of generators.
• Prepare equipment ensuring they are ready for hire.
• Attend breakdowns and carry out routine maintenance at customer sites and in the Depot.
• Deliver, install and remove equipment across customer sites.
