Job summary

Rullion Ltd. is recruiting a Fire Compartmentation & Fire Door Surveyor for field-based surveys across multiple building types.

You will perform detailed compartmentation and fire door surveys, identify non-compliance and prepare professional reports with remedial recommendations. The role requires hands-on surveying experience, strong knowledge of passive fire protection, a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in compartmentation and/or fire door surveys.
Strong knowledge of passive fire protection principles; identify non-compliance.
Excellent attention to detail; record survey findings.
Produce clear, accurate technical survey reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

Undertake detailed compartmentation and fire door surveys across building types/sectors.
Identify deficiencies and non-compliance related to passive fire protection.
Inspect walls, floors, service penetrations, fire stopping and components.
Assess fire doors, frames, ironmongery, seals and glazing.
Record findings clearly and provide remedial action recommendations.
Produce high-quality survey reports for clients.
