Job summary

Vibrant Energy Matters is hiring a Field Based Domestic Energy Assessor to service Yeovil and surrounding areas. You will conduct EPCs, inspections, audits and energy reports, all supported by training where needed.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, well-organised and able to work independently while meeting daily targets and maintaining high report quality. DOE salary reflects experience and local market conditions.

Qualifications

• Essential: Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Access to your own vehicle with business insurance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) on residential properties.
• Complete inventory inspections and property assessments (full training provided).
• Undertake property audits, viewings, check-ins, check-outs and Legionella Risk Assessments.
• Produce independent energy audits and high-quality reports using iPad-based software.
• Submit reports on a right-first-time basis to meet client SLAs.
