Vibrant Energy Matters Limited is seeking a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) for a field-based role covering Plymouth and surrounding areas. The position offers £35,000 per annum with target-based commission and full training where required.

As part of a growing team, you will perform EPCs, property inspections, audits and Legionella risk assessments, using iPad software to produce accurate reports, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining productive client

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with relevant certification.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field-based tasks.

Aufgaben

• Carrying out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) on residential properties.
• Completing inventory inspections and property assessments (full training provided).
• Undertaking property audits, viewings, check-ins, check-outs and Legionella Risk Assessments.
• Completing independent energy audits.
• Producing accurate, high-quality reports using iPad-based software.
• Submitting reports on a right-first-time basis, meeting client Service Level Agreements.
• Delivering excellent customer service while building strong client relationships.
• Meeting daily productivity and quality targets.
• Attending training and embracing new products and services as the business grows.
