Vibrant Energy Matters Limited in Guildford is seeking a Field-Based Domestic Energy Assessor to perform EPCs and property inspections, with full training provided. This role combines DEA expertise with hands-on audits and reports using iPad-based software, in a customer-facing field position.

Competenze

• Essential: Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Access to your own vehicle with business insurance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Well organised with the ability to work independently.

• Professional, trustworthy and respectful when working in customers' homes.

Mansioni

• Carrying out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) on residential properties.
• Completing inventory inspections and property assessments (full training provided).
• Undertaking property audits, viewings, check-ins, check-outs and Legionella Risk Assessments.
• Completing independent energy audits.
• Producing accurate, high-quality reports using iPad-based software.
• Submitting reports on a right-first-time basis, meeting client Service Level Agreements.
• Delivering excellent customer service while building strong client relationships.
• Meeting daily productivity and quality targets.
• Attending training and embracing new products and services as the business grows.
