Job summary

Red Events & Distribution Ltd. in London is seeking an experienced Event Manager to own how concerts happen on the ground—from venues to logistics to scheduling. You’ll ensure smooth productions, coordinate contractors, and deliver post-concert insights for future shows.

The role requires 3–5 years in event production, a driving licence, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends across UK tours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in event production, venue operations, touring or comparable role.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the country.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• English at C1 or above.

Responsibilities

• Venues: travel across the UK for site visits and meetings with venue management.
• Logistics: plan and coordinate instruments, equipment, staging, transport and accommodation.
• Scheduling: build and maintain schedules for administrators and performers.
• Contractors: source and coordinate suppliers, including urgent contingencies.
• Purchasing: procure items and track inventory of company equipment.
• People: recruit and coordinate concert administrators and volunteers.
• Coordination: align artistic, operational and commercial sides with head office.
• Reporting: produce post-concert reports to inform next season plans.
