MIES Facilities Management Ltd. is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with a Gas Bias to join their growing team in South London and surrounding areas.

This field-based role involves maintaining and servicing mechanical systems in retail, commercial buildings, and refurbishment projects. Excellent qualifications in gas safety and strong fault-finding skills are essential, along with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must have COCN1 (Commercial Core Gas Safety) or CCN1 with relevant modules.
• Experience with commercial gas appliances and heating systems is essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) as per schedules.
• Respond to reactive maintenance calls within agreed times.
• Conduct fault finding on mechanical and gas systems.
