Job summary

Ver tas is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Skills Trainer to support frontline cleaning teams across Nottingham school sites. The role involves flexible site visits between 6am and 7pm, full-time hours, and delivering practical training to ensure high cleaning standards.

You will develop training materials, keep records up to date, and align with safety and GDPR requirements while supporting the annual FM training plan. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering practical training to frontline staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and manage documentation.

Responsibilities

• Travel between sites to provide cleaning and training support.
• Deliver face-to-face training on cleaning techniques, equipment use and safety.
• Develop and maintain training documentation with updates on procedures and legislation.
• Support the training plan and monitor training effectiveness.
• Ensure training records comply with audit and data protection standards.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training gaps and future needs.
