First Time Finance Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the partnerships channel for specialist mortgages. You’ll manage a mix of existing introducers and build new relationships across the UK, with travel across Midlands and London supported by a remote team.

Working closely with the Founder/MD, you’ll convert partnerships into new clients, pitch and sign introducer agreements, and shape the growth strategy.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a BDM in first-charge mortgage lending.
• A natural relationship-builder who’s comfortable on the road.
• A natural implementer who can turn a plan into action.

Responsabilidades

• Meet new and existing partners in the field, build relationships and run company events.
• Source, pitch and sign new introducer partnerships across the UK.
• Keep existing partners warm and referring.
• Home-based days for prospecting, research and handling inbound enquiries.
• Work with the Founder/MD on strategy and growth.
