Job summary

Close Brothers is seeking a field-based Asset Finance Sales professional to drive business growth across East Yorkshire. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with SME customers, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and act as a knowledgeable finance partner in a dynamic market.

The role requires strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills, with travel across a territory and a preference for candidates based near Hull.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including timely and accurate service delivery and closing deals.
• Serve as a knowledgeable finance partner by staying informed of products, market trends and customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory and internal requirements, including reporting.
• Collaborate with Risk to align objectives within the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
