Colchester Institute Enterprises Limited is seeking an Apprenticeship Industry Development Coach – Operational Firefighter Level 3 to support apprentices in the workplace. The role involves coaching, monitoring progress, and ensuring apprenticeship requirements are met across Cambridgeshire with regular travel.

• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service and QA.
• Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Active firefighter status with Cambridge Fire & Rescue Service.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with employer, apprentice and college staff to ensure learning requirements are understood.
• Carry out apprenticeship sign ups and administration tasks; provide IAG to managers and apprentices.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to maintain professionalism and QA throughout the apprenticeship journey.
• Conduct 10-week progress reviews with apprentices and employers against milestones and off-the-job training.
• Raise awareness of safeguarding, prevent, equality & diversity, health & safety, and British values during meetings.
• Support gateway to completion and end-point assessment with clear communication between delivery staff and CFRS.
• Keep apprentice information up to date in Learning Hub, Smart Assessor and other VLEs.
