Formación

• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms installation.
• Background in AV, Unified Communications, or collaboration technology.
• Experience with enterprise AV environments.

Responsabilidades

• Install and commission Microsoft Teams Rooms on customer sites.
• Provide remote support for Microsoft Teams Rooms environments.
• Perform firmware updates and remote maintenance.

Conocimientos

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms

Manufacturers accreditation (Poly, Yealink or similar)

AV or VC support experience

Confident with ticketing systems
