Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting an Applications Engineer to join the Industrial Quality Solutions team in the UK. You will act as a technical specialist across a portfolio of metrology solutions and support customers throughout the lifecycle of their systems.

You will engage in pre-sales and post-sales activities, offering technical consultancy, demonstrations, training and troubleshooting to maximise customer value and business growth. Occasional UK & Ireland travel is required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Experience operating CMM, optical or CT metrology equipment.
• Experience with metrology software and inspection programming.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with good relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer inspection service projects from enquiry to delivery.
• Carry out inspection programming, measurement activities and results analysis.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to customers.
