Job summary

Insulet Corporation is seeking a Senior Field Analytics Analyst to drive commercial excellence for the field sales team by delivering actionable insights and performance reporting. You will develop and report KPIs, design dashboards, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize territory performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, analytical rigor, and collaboration across sales, marketing, market access, and customer care to support Insulet’s growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, marketing, economics, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial analytical roles, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience driving commercial/sales process improvement.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and analytical tools, advanced Excel including VBA; Salesforce dashboards/reports, Lightning, workflows, Process Builder, Visual Flow, security configurations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Field-Focused Analytics across territories, districts, and regions.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and answer data-related questions from the field.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports providing timely, actionable insights to field teams.
• Develop and Report Commercial KPIs aligned to company strategy and field execution.
• Serve as business partner to commercial stakeholders to define KPIs reflecting strategic objectives.
• Track, visualize, and communicate KPI performance through dashboards and executive presentations.
• Drive strategic insights and recommendations for segmentation, targeting, coverage models, and resource allocation.
• Promote data-driven decision-making through automation, self-service analytics tools, and field team training.
