Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to cover the Wales area, visiting new and existing customers and selling our washroom services. You will plan your day, work face-to-face, and enjoy the freedom to solve customer problems in person.

You will travel daily with a company vehicle and be enrolled in our sales academy, benefiting from a clear bonus/commission structure, pension, private healthcare options, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hold a Full UK driving licence for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous.
• DBS check may be required depending on role

Responsibilities

• Visit new and existing customers, build relationships and sell washroom services.
• Work with a portfolio of customers and manage new sales opportunities from enquiries.

The Field Sales Consultant Role

In this field-based role, you will visit both new and existing customers, where you will be expected to build relationships and sell our innovative washroom services! You will work closely with a portfolio of existing customers, alongside managing new sales opportunities via customer enquiries and internal leads.

As daily travel is required, you should be comfortable being on the move. Providing excellent customer service is essential to everything we do, and your efforts will be crucial in ensuring our customers are satisfied.

Field Sales Consultant Requirements

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Excellent problem solver
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will be expected to work face-to-face with customers regularly
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
