Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group in Wales seeks a Field Sales Consultant to visit new and existing customers, build relationships and sell our washroom services. Daily travel across the Wales area is required, with a focus on planning your day and pursuing opportunities in person.

You will receive industry-leading training, a clear development path, and a competitive package including a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile and RI Rewards. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous due to face-to-face customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Visit new and existing customers to build relationships and sell our washroom services.
• Manage new sales opportunities via enquiries and internal leads.
• Plan daily travel efficiently and represent Rentokil Initial to a high standard.

The Field Sales Consultant Role

In this field-based role, you will visit both new and existing customers, where you will be expected to build relationships and sell our innovative washroom services! You will work closely with a portfolio of existing customers, alongside managing new sales opportunities via customer enquiries and internal leads.

As daily travel is required, you should be comfortable being on the move. Providing excellent customer service is essential to everything we do, and your efforts will be crucial in ensuring our customers are satisfied.

Requirements

Field Sales Consultant Requirements

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Excellent problem solver
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will be expected to work face-to-face with customers regularly
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
