Job summary

Contract Personnel Ltd is recruiting for a Fibreglass Laminator to join a busy manufacturing team in the NR15 area. The role involves practical, hands‑on laminating work with full training provided and potential for permanent employment.

You will work as part of a team to follow lay‑up drawings, prepare moulds, apply coatings and build up layers to meet exact thickness and finish, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fibreglass laminating is advantageous but not required.
• Full training provided to the right candidate.
• Good attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fibreglass laminating work in accordance with lay‑up drawings and specifications.
• Prepare moulds, apply coatings and materials, and build up gel coat and fibreglass layers to achieve required thickness and finish.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure conformity to specifications; maintain a clean, safe work area.
