Job summary

Fibreglass Fabrications Ltd is seeking a Trainee GRP Laminator to support production operations. You will prepare moulds, apply gel, resin and mat, and crack out finished products under supervision while developing new skills in a manufacturing environment.

The role emphasises safety, training progression, and maintaining tidy warehouse practices. Training will be provided as you develop competence in laminating procedures.

Qualifications

• Preparation of Moulds: Suitably preparing a mould for the application of raw materials.
• Application of Raw Materials: Applying gel, resin, and mat into the prepared mould.
• Training and Development: Working under supervision to demonstrate competence in carrying out tasks safely and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Moulds: Suitably preparing a mould for the application of raw materials.

• Cracking-out the Product: Cracking out the product upon completion of the application process.
• Training and Development: Working under supervision to demonstrate competence in carrying out tasks safely and confidently.
