Job summary

Ogi is seeking an experienced Fault Engineer to join our Network Operations team in South Wales. You will diagnose and resolve FTTP faults at customer premises, supporting both residential and business customers, with travel across the region.

Working alongside NOC and Provisioning teams, you will maintain service quality, test equipment, and guide customers on in-home connectivity while upholding safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• FTTP installation or fibre engineering experience.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving faults.
• Full driving license.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Willingness to travel across South Wales.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve FTTP faults at customer premises for residential and business customers.
• Communicate with customers to explain issues and solutions clearly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and record outcomes.
• Replace, reinstall or repair customer equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with NOC, Field Provisioning and Field Network Engineering teams.
