Job summary

Areti Group | B Corp in Reading seeks an experienced Project Manager (Ethernet) to oversee fibre rollout and network delivery on a 6-month contract, with a hybrid pattern (1 day per week).

You will coordinate suppliers, engineers and partners, manage budgets and risks, and report to the Programme Delivery Manager while supporting CPE-related work and Layer 3 onboarding with expansion into Layer 2.

Qualifications

• Experience managing telecoms fibre and network infra projects.
• Strong Ethernet and Layer 2/3 onboarding knowledge desirable.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Delivery-focused approach with pace to drive projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead fibre technology infrastructure projects and delivery workstreams.
• Manage suppliers, engineers and third-party delivery partners.
• Own project plans, budgets, risks and governance.
• Drive delivery across network build, connectivity and integration.
• Onboard Layer 3 partners and expand to Layer 2 onboarding.
• Provide support on Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and leadership.
