Job summary

Livingston Building Services is seeking a Fibre Manager to lead fibre and data infrastructure projects in Livingston. You will manage day-to-day operations, support project delivery, and drive commercial control across multiple contracts.

The role requires strong experience in fibre/data delivery, SCADA systems, and proficiency with Asta PowerProject or MS Project. A collaborative leader who can win work and manage client expectations will thrive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' project management experience across multiple contracts.
• Strong fibre and data project delivery with SCADA systems knowledge for wind/solar farms.
• Experience programming projects using Asta PowerProject or MS Project; design-and-build knowledge desirable.
• Commercial awareness with ability to price work, manage P&L, and control costs.
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills to win work and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fibre and data projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Oversee commercial forecasting, procurement, subcontractors, materials, and programme updates with internal teams.
• Lead client, subcontractor and internal meetings while ensuring health and safety compliance.
