Job summary

Google is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the FIA Execution Program, overseeing end-to-end data center construction in a manufacturing-led model. You will coordinate with regional teams, vendors, and engineers to ensure compliant, efficient delivery across BOD, IFC, Tender and Construction phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of PM experience in data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate specialty contractor onboarding to FIA prescriptive model.
• Monitor on-site installation processes against scope, cost and schedule baselines.
• Review IFC models and BOD deviation analyses for scope, schedule and cost impacts.
• Maintain critical components inventory and track off-site manufacturing milestones.
• Enforce repeatability to reach 90% modular repeatability and shift 65% of labor off-site.
