Eden Court Highlands in Inverness is seeking a Festive Seasonal Assistant to welcome audiences and support performances, films, studio classes and events during the festive period.

You will help maintain a safe, informative Front of House experience, cover matinee and evening shows, including Christmas Eve and Hogmanay, and join a team passionate about the arts and customer service.

As a Festive Seasonal Assistant you are responsible for looking after the public who attend performances, films, studio classes, events and meetings at Eden Court over the festive period.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the Front of House experience at Eden Court is the best possible: that all members of the public, staff and visiting company members feel welcome, that they are safe at all times and they are given all the appropriate information they need to fully enjoy their time at Eden Court.

This role is primarily to support of Pantomime season, so you’ll be required to cover a variety of matinee and evenings shows through the festive period, including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and Hogmanay. Each shift is usually approximately 3.5 hours.

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals to join a team who are passionate and champion the work of Eden Court. This role would be perfect for those who have an interest in both the arts and customer service.

PENSION Up to 6% Company contribution with the Peoples Pension

HOLIDAYS Full time equivalent allowance of 36 days of paid annual leave, inclusive of 8 public holidays. The annual leave allowance increases to 37 days after completing 1 years’ service up to a maximum of 41 days after 5 years’ service. Holiday entitlement will be pro-rated for those working less than 37.5 hours per week.
