Job summary

Based in Chester, DCK is recruiting a Christmas Retail Associate to support stores during the peak festive period. The role is 35 hours per week with shifts pattern Mon-Fri, starting 9:00am, and temporary until 26 December 2026. Access to own vehicle and full driving licence required.

You will merchandise, handle deliveries, maintain housekeeping, set up promotions and work with host teams to drive sales. Salary is £12.71 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the most up to date operating systems.

• Merchandising our product to visual guidelines.
• Putting out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Setting up promotional activities.
• Collaborating with host management teams to boost sales.
